We became a resource to Harris in 2008 to assist employees who were receiving medical treatment and needed ergonomic assessments. Participants reported a 99% success rate in improved comfort and reduced or eliminated symptoms after participating in the virtual (63 %) and On-site (37 %) program.
In 1996, Robert Bosch LLC was seeking a vendor-neutral independent ergonomic resource. Since then, we have been active health partners assessing thousands of associates in multiple states and locations. The results have been clear: more than 95% of participants over 19 years had reduced symptoms and improved comfort.
Helping to eliminate an employee’s symptoms in 2008 led to a comprehensive program to offer education and assistance with ergonomics to multiple Village departments.
Since 2016, administrative and clinical staff have asked SHR to assist with residents’ wheelchairs and walkers. Now everyone is more comfortable, safe, and mobile.
